Air Fryer

Do you own an air fryer?


If not, you NEED one! This is by far my favorite kitchen appliance. I’ve increased the amount of veggies my kids eat by 100 percent!


Here’s a few of our favorites:

· Brussels sprouts

· Asparagus 

· Bacon (come on, who doesn't love bacon?!) 

· Butternut squash

· Zucchini

· Sweet potatoes

· Potatoes (aka: French fries!)


I'll keep it simple: whatever veggie you choose, simply clean, chop, and toss with olive oil or avocado oil – except for bacon, just throw it in! Dress up the veggies with some finely chopped onion, chopped bacon bits, and minced carrots. Yep, I finely chop a ton of carrots and toss them in with all the veggies above. SO good! 


Depending on your preferred level of crispness, turn the fryer to 350 degrees for about 12 minutes, tossing halfway through. I guarantee you’ll increase the vegetable consumption at your house!
