Beer Can Chicken



If you’re looking for a delicious and easy chicken recipe, this is it! Your house will smell so damn good!


Here’s what you need:


1 whole chicken, or 4-6 chicken breasts. I prefer the whole chicken.

1/4 cup olive oil, divided

1 T Kick’n Chicken Seasoning

1 T Beer Can Chicken Seasoning  1 12 oz can light beer 


Rinse chicken under cool water. Brush chicken all over with olive oil. Mix the spices in the remaining oil and brush the entire chicken with spices. Pour the beer in a baking dish (I use a deep dish Pyrex with a glass lid, but you can also cover with foil). Place chicken in beer.


Bake at 375 degrees for 3-4 hours, covered. For the last half hour, remove the lid to brown the chicken.


YUM! This is the most tender and juicy chicken you’ll ever make!
