Bison burgers are always a big hit here in Montana. If you haven't tried bison yet, you must! We split a whole bison with some friends and it was the best meat!
For bison burgers, you’ll need:
2 pounds of bison burger
1/2 large yellow onion, chopped fine
1 teaspoon soy sauce; I like to use Liquid Aminos for the healthier option
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Mix all the above together in a large bowl and shape into burger patties; don't go too small! Grill.
Generally, two pounds of meat will make six burgers.
