A new year comes with many exciting possibilities. Honestly, I am not a resolutions girl. Rather, I am a word of the year girl (a topic worth an entire post), a goal girl, a review-the-last-year-set-the-new-year-on-fire girl. I don't focus on outcomes; I focus on the activity that will propel me to my end results.
I don't set a resolution just to see it fizzle out in a couple of months. DO NOT be that girl. Instead, get real and be clear on where you have been and where you are going. If you are ready to put in the work this year, then let's do this.
