A daily gratitude practice can be life-changing. Yep, I said it. I know we’ve all heard it, but after attending a two-day seminar lead by Oprah --- yes, Oprah --- on living your best life, I implemented a daily, morning practice of listing five things for which I am grateful. I’ve done this for years and my belief, my attitude, and my blessings have skyrocketed.
You see, what you focus on grows. So, if you focus on giving thanks for your blessings, those blessings will grow. Gratitude, my friends, will set your mind for success.
Do you want more happiness? Better health? More money? More success?
Every corner of your life --- emotional, social, career, health, personality, and overall happiness --- benefits from the practice of gratitude.
When you practice gratitude, you attract the blessings for which you are thankful. You attract the right kind of people into your circle. Yes: people are drawn to grateful people.
Being grateful improves your self-esteem, creates optimism, and reduces materialism. If you follow me, you know I am all about experience over things. You can’t buy your greatest blessings: your health, your family, and your friends are the true gems of life.
I could go on and on, but instead, I challenge you to join our Gratitude Challenge community. If you purchased a calendar at the start of the year, you are well on your way!
