Mama's Power Smoothie

It’s no secret: I like to eat. However, I try very hard to keep it real clean and easy all week while I work from home. This is one of my favorite power smoothies; you can enjoy it for lunch or dinner. I often drink this for lunch so I can eat dinner with my family. We all know breakfast is a zoo! And, obviously, they eat lunch at school.

Toss the following in the Vitamix:

½ ripe avocado (I LOVE the frozen chunks from the Costco frozen veggie section. You can thank me later! This is SO easy!)

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 medium banana

½ cup water

2 cups fresh spinach

1 tablespoon chia seeds

You’re going to LOVE this rich and filling smoothie!
